This is the Little Giant Refuse Vehicle website providing supportive information regarding the development and sale of the first lightweight compact refuse vehicle. The vehicle is designed for congested outdoor areas beyond the reach of larger more traditional Refuse trucks.
The vehicle utilizes a combination lightweight vehicle and trailer system. This process requires only one person which needs no special operators license to operate. This vehicle travels across various terrains, lifting and dumping 30 to 55 gallon trash receptacles. Utilizing a four yard tow behind dumpster, it fills and then parks the full dumpster at a location to be emptied by the Solid Waste Management Company in the area.
